This initial call is the discovery of your current state. We’ll discuss your challenges and your desired situation to see if and how I can help you. If we’re a good fit, this will be the first step of our journey together.

Step 2: Tailoring Your Workshop
I tailor and reshape the content of my workshops based on your goals and needs to ensure I help you in the most effective way possible. We have a conversation and I share an intake form for your team.

Step 3: Delivering Your Workshop
The workshop can be delivered both in-person or online, depending on your preferences.
Each of the two is an engaging session that will re-energise your team, as well as bring them some new ideas on ways of working.

Step 4: Review Point
This step is optional but strongly recommended. It's a follow-up session after two months to refresh everything we discussed. This is a great opportunity to assess how your team applied the learnings from the workshop.
