Speaker’s bio
Katya Sivkova is a growth marketing consultant, international speaker and founder of Boom & Bloom. She helps tech companies innovate, experiment and unlock their growth through consulting, coaching, and personalised, energising workshops.
With an extended background and expertise across marketing, growth and product, she runs projects for corporates like Unilever & Forrester, as well as scale-ups and start-ups like Jamf & NewMotion. Through rapid experimentation, Katya helps her clients adopt a holistic growth approach to find new opportunities in their businesses.
She trained and coached more than 500 founders, marketers and growth professionals in tech.
Her educational input is not limited to coaching. She is also a guest professor at ESEI Business School in Barcelona and a startup mentor at Rockstart & Forward Inc. Her mission is to empower teams to adopt a growth mindset and encourage innovative agile working practices.
Katya studied and worked in the Netherlands, UK, Spain and Canada. Currently, she is building a location-independent business living between Amsterdam and Barcelona.
